Ten ways I motivate myself when I'm down. 1.Writing my feelings down on paper. 2.Go for a walk. 3.Go somewhere all alone in a quit place. 4.Watch a funny movie. 5.Go hang out with friends or family. 6.Talk to someone close to you about it. 7.Go for a drive. 8. Go to a pet store and see the cute animals. 9.Go out and do girl stuff. 10. Work out to relive the stress.

Great ideas. The pet store would depress me, however. I would want to take them all home or set them free!
