Dreams

Everyone as dreams of their own but in this story. Beatrice has dreams to own a tea shop or become a dancer and dreams or her father and the vegitable wagon. Now Tillie as dreams of scince class and her project and tillie belives that her dreams can come true. Ruth has dreams brought on by nightmares.

Triumph (or lack of it) in the face of adversity

Beatrice well she tends to let all the bad things in her life defeat her she lets it all bother her. Now Tillie is a completly different person she don't let people let her down. People call her names and try to put her down all the time and so does Ruth and Beatrice. Tillie is a strong person she never gets dissapointed she justs gets right back up and will try agin.

Self-Image

In this story I feel very sorry forTillie cause her sister Ruth is always making fun of the way she dresses. Now Ruth she is always trying to dress to inpress. Ruth don't like it at all the way here sister dresses and neither does their mom Beatrice. Beatrice is the same way as Ruth thier always worred bout what people think of them plus they both always put on makeup before they live the house.
